Key Account Manager Esthetiek Benelux

Onze opdrachtgever is een farmaceutisch bedrijf dat zich wereldwijd richt op dermatologie. Zij ontwikkelt innovatieve medische en esthetische oplossingen en ondersteunt professionals over de hele wereld met hulp en advies.

De functie

1. Business Insight
• Review continuously sales & financial figures to understand the business and achieve business goals
• Build cost/benefit and ROI in all activities
• Pro-actively support customers achieving their goals with business insights & capitalise on our clients unique product / service offering for a commercial win/win
• Seeks opportunities to coach others on customer targets and account analysis with sales and financial measures to help drive business
• Ability to see business opportunities based on market conditions ahead of others
• Ability to interact at CEO, MD level and jointly produce growth plans

2. Business Planning & Execution
• Strong territory knowledge at national level & ability to effectively segment current and prospective accounts according to ABCD matrix
• Leadership in the disciplined execution of Key Account and Customer plans
• Prioritize time, effort and investments based on forecast and business strategy defined from the segmentation.
• Demonstrates advanced project management skills, provides progress updates to internal stakeholders and identifies potential issues

3. Selling skills
• Consistently demonstrates strong selling skills addressing customer needs to achieve results and has the ability to coach others
• Pro-active awareness and understanding of market trends and competitive landscape
• Ability to quickly pivot conversations based on active listening skills and develop creative solutions to resolve challenging situations to achieve
• Develop and delivers persuasive presentations that effectively influence and change behaviour to achieve the desired result
• Advanced negotiating skills, effective at uncovering true issues and helping the customer navigate alternatives for a win/win solution

4. Product/ Brand/Services and market knowledge
• Leverages deep brand and service knowledge to develop unique selling propositions
• Keeps up to date with market situation and trends, new entrants and changes that may affect the business locally or nationally

5. Account & customer relationship management
• Represents our client, its products and its values in a highly professional manner in all situations
• Completes relevant and high-quality account information in the CRM system
• Effectively collaborates with internal colleagues
• Ensures 100% knowledge and adherence with local compliance in all commercial activities undertaken and keeps up to date with compliance rules

- Academisch, Hbo+ werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 5 jaar saleservaring
- Bewezen succesvol in een Key Account Managers rol
- Analytisch sterk
- Goede presentation skills
- Natuurlijk overwicht
- Overtuigend
- Empathisch en sensitief (intern en extern)
- Vermogen om studies, clinical data en onderzoeksopzetten te begrijpen, analyseren en presenteren
- Zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlandse en Engels; Kennis van het Frans is een pré
