Account Manager / Trainer Diabetes

Our client is a relatively new company that has developed a unique insulin pump. Design, ease to use and comfort were important measures for the developing process.
The products are fully reimbursed and the company is extending the work force in Holland (and world wide) at the moment.

De functie

As an Account Manager / Trainer (and Product Specialist) you will be responsible for providing our customers product insight and educational support to end users in the field. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact within a small, motivated team with duties including:
- In coordination with your Training colleagues, Complaints Coordinator, Customer Support and quality teams you will act as an in-field support resource for our end user customer base.
- Act as a hands on, second line response to customer issues that may be faced in the field such as re-training, providing users with new equipment, collecting products and giving demonstrations.
- Act as a brand representative of the product, ensuring we empathetically listen and solve as many in-field issues as possible.
- Collect and collate feedback from in the field regarding product and service.
- Train end users in the use of the insulin pump (individuals and groups), following pre-determined training guidelines and practices.
- Be an expert in transferring product knowledge to end users.
- Aid our Training Specialist with training programme development.

Jouw profiel

- Proven teaching or coaching experience and a passion for teaching
- Experience using various training mediums (e.g. workshops, one to one, webinars etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Customer focussed with strong ethics
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- IT proficient (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to communicate concepts in a simple and concise manner
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work evenings from time to time
- Knowledge of diabetes and/or insulin pumps is a pre
- Experience with CRMs/Salesforce is a pre
