In this role you will:
• Take care of all on site life extensions, repair and provide inspection-related service activities for installed fleets and supervision for construction and commissioning of new and existing equipment, able to be performed at customer site; make Engineering decisions.
• Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
• Resolve issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and company. Exchange technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.

Criteria

• 2-4 years experience in the Services & Field Services, preferably in MI/CT (SPECT, PET)
• Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from an accredited university or college
• IT knowledge
• Fluent Dutch
• Good English skills with effective verbal, writing and reading abilities
• Strong customer service skills.
